The one thing I have always had a hard time with is what to do with brooches. I don't ever really know what to do with them.
Well tonight I thought I would give my jean jacket a rest and throw on an oversized flannel but the problem with that is...well they're oversized. I decided to shorten the sleeves of this one by pinning brooches on both the cuffs.

LOVE broaches--very into them right now, im making my sisters wedding bouquet out of pins and old lady broaches and im tempted to wear a few before i glue them in!:) They're awesome!
